How it works?

1. Drum Placement:Empty drums are typically placed on a conveyor or a platform, ready to be filled.

2. Conveyor System:A conveyor system may be employed to move the drums through the filling process.

3. ​Filling Nozzles:The machine is equipped with two filling nozzles, each positioned over a drum.

4. Liquid Detergent Supply:The liquid detergent is stored in a reservoir or tank connected to the filling machine.

5. Control System:The machine is controlled by a system that regulates the amount of detergent dispensed by each nozzle.

6. Filling Process:The filling process is initiated, and the nozzles are lowered into the drum openings.The liquid detergent is pumped through the nozzles into the drums.The control system ensures that the correct amount of detergent is dispensed into each drum.

7. Nozzle Retraction:Once the filling is complete, the nozzles are retracted, and the drums are ready for the next stage.
